Our Policy:
At Turath Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality, valuable educational content. Due to the immediate and digital nature of our class materials, which include downloadable resources, streamable lectures, and access to proprietary systems, we do not offer refunds for purchased classes once access has been granted or materials have been delivered.

We do, however, want to ensure a fair and correct purchase experience. We will happily resolve the following specific situations:

Eligible for Exchange or Refund:

We will provide an exchange to the correct course or a full refund in these cases:

1. Wrong Course Purchased: If you accidentally purchased the incorrect class, contact us within 48 hours of purchase and before accessing or downloading significant course materials. We will exchange your enrollment for the intended course.

2. Duplicate Purchase: If you were charged twice for the same class due to a system error, contact us for an immediate refund of the duplicate charge.

3. Mistaken Purchase: If you made a purchase genuinely by mistake (e.g., unintended click, misunderstanding of the product), you must notify us within 2 hours of the transaction and before accessing any course content for a refund.

Not Eligible for Refund:

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances after purchase.

• Failure to meet personal expectations for the course content.

• Inability to complete the course due to your schedule, technology, or other personal reasons.

• Partial consumption of the course; purchasing and accessing any part of the class constitutes a completed sale.

• Expiration of the notification period for eligible cases listed above.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund:

To initiate a request for an eligible exchange or refund, you must contact our support team:

• Subject Line: "Purchase Correction: [Your Order Number]"

• Required Information: Please include your full name, the order number, the date of purchase, and a clear description of the issue (e.g., "Purchased Course A, intended to purchase Course B").

We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. If approved, exchanges will be processed promptly, and refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
